It has award winning Mexican cuisines and relaxed as well as peaceful atmosphere. This restaurant has gained the trust of the people for decades. It also has takeaway and online food delivery options (Tacobill.com.au 2017). Taco Bill should undertake a detailed on the job training for the employees for customer service, preparation and food handling techniques. The employee should be provided trainings for improving the overall management of the department. There should be more incorporation of the digital menu in the restaurant and there should be app based services, which would help the customers to choose the menu as per their convenience. Conclusion The service audit of Taco Bill restaurant presents some interesting findings. The marketing mix of the restaurant is being done by focusing on the 7 Ps of marketing. The internal environmental analysis has been done by using the SWOT analysis and the external analysis has been done with the help of PESTEL analysis. There are certain issues found in the organizations such as low quality of food, training and development, technological advancements and no menu items concerning low-calorie items.
